How to Become a New Client

Most new patients come to us through a referral from their primary care veterinarian. Here is how the process typically works:

  • Your family veterinarian recommends a specialist and sends your pet’s medical records, lab work, imaging, and current medications
  • You call us at (480) 819-8630 to schedule an appointment with the specialist of your choice
  • You complete our client information form ahead of time to save time at check-in
  • Our patient care coordinators confirm that all records have been received before your visit

Veterinarians can learn more about sending cases on our referrals page.

Plan to arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment. Dogs should be on a leash and cats in a secure carrier. Please bring your pet’s current medications and food, along with a list of questions. To understand each step of your appointment, from check-in to discharge, read what to expect. You can also review payment options, including CareCredit and Scratchpay financing.
